Trinity Bay Vocational Institute has formed an alliance with the National Black Chamber of Commerce to Increase its Workforce Development and Skills Development Program offerings to individuals interested in becoming Electrical Technicians, Instrumentation Technicians, Plumbing Technicians, and Process Technicians.
